100% refund will be given for withdrawals before ballot date. No refund after ballot date for any reason unless replaced for the same class. In that instance the refund will be in full minus £12 for administration - see rule 4.11. A waitlist will be maintained.

Withdrawals are appreciated as early as possible. If leaving message on answerphone please give horse and riders name and number and confirm in writing or email.

A limited amount of stabling is available on site at a charge of £20.00 per night. Shavings are available at £8 extra per bale. Money will be refunded in full for cancellations made before 20 March. Request for stabling must be made by emailing the Entries Secretary/Organiser.

Must be kept on leads at all times.
No cars will be allowed in the lorry park due to limited space.
Competitors able to provide help for a full day jump judging or a full section dressage stewarding at the event will receive priority in the event of a ballot. Please email the organiser to offer to help and put it on your entry form that you are providing help, under 'special requests'. Offers of help (and entries offering help) must be received before ballot date.
Each car displaying a current BE membership card will be admitted including all occupants otherwise £10 per car or £5 per person (i.e. a car with four people costs £10 or a car with one person costs £5).
