As per Rule 4.11. 100% refund for entries withdrawn before Ballot Date. Thereafter, entries that are replaced in the same class & same day will receive a full refund (plus VAT if applicable) subject to a £12 administration charge (plus VAT if applicable). Entries made after Ballot date are not eligible for a refund. If full, a wait list will be held.Withdrawals after the ballot date will only be refunded if replaced

Limited onsite stabling available. £50 per night to include a small straw bed. Strict Biosecurity Rules apply. Stables will be mucked out by REC staff - facilities for skipping out will be available.
Various offsite stabling available - contact details for local stabling available upon request.

Open to the public. Free entry for all vehicles. For reasons of health and safety Disabled Visitors must book in with the Event Secretary upon arrival. A pass will be issued and directions given as to where it is safe to watch competition. Non-official cars MUST NOT drive around site as a health and safety precaution.
Dogs are allowed but MUST be on leads at all times and MUST not be on the cross country course. All waste MUST be picked up and put in the bin.
All Terrain Vehicles/Motorcycles will not be permitted.
First horse on course 8am, last horse on course 6pm unless otherwise stated.

Cars will be directed to park separately from the horseboxes.

Skipping out Trailers/horseboxes onsite is not permitted.
