Please enclose separate 22cm x 11cm (DL size) Self seal SAE for each horse. Online entries preferred via the British Eventing website.
A waitlist will be kept if required. Unpaid entries will not be accepted.
100% refund for entries withdrawn before Ballot Date. Thereafter, entries that are replaced will receive a full refund (plus VAT if applicable) subject to a £12 administration charge (plus VAT if applicable).
Entries made after the Ballot date are not eligible for a refund. A waitlist will be held. To be eligible for a refund as above, withdrawals must be registered with entries secretary in writing or email before withdrawals date.
No changes will be made to entries after 11th March at noon.
No later than 09/03/2020 12noon by confirming in writing either by email or letter.
Please ensure any amendments are sent as early as possible in order for us to do our best to accommodate them. Any requests for early/late times, notification of travelling with other competitors etc should be made on the entry in the requests box at the point of entry.

All terrain vehicles/motorcycles will not be permitted.
Dogs must be kept on leads at all times.
Each car displaying a current BE membership card will be admitted including all occupants.
The course will be open for schooling and will be left flagged for three days after the event (weather permitting) Call 01295 780206 to book on the course
