We do not accept cheques so please include card details with entry. Include stabling fees with entry fee.
Full refund will be given to withdrawals before ballot date. Refunds after ballot date will be given when an entry is directly replaced (same day, same class), to whom a full refund less a £12 plus VAT administration charge (as per Rule 4.11).
Please withdraw by 30/05/2020 by email to the Entries Secretary if you have to withdraw the earlier you do it the more chance you have of being replaced from the waitlist (if we have one).

Cross Country Course Walk - will only be available from 2pm on the day before the competition.
There are no charges to anybody to admit them to the event.
Due to space limitations it will not be possible to park cars adjacent to horseboxes - a separate car parking area will be provided in close proximity to the box park.
All terrain vehicles/motorcycles will not be permitted, apart from those used by event officials.

Show jumping warm-up will be on an outdoor surface. Disability notice
Anyone attending who has a disability and/or has a wheeled disability conveyance should park in the indoor arena in the area designated for disabled parking, which is very close to
the secretaries and disabled toilet. The secretaries will have copies of a plan of the areas we consider safe to attend either in their car or on their disability conveyance. Access to the cross country course will be limited for safety reasons,
but we may be able to assist, depending on circumstances. If you know you are coming and can advise us prior to the
event then we will have more chance of helping you. There will also be disabled parking adjacent to the dressage and show jump arenas and next to the cross country course. Disability wheeled motorised conveyance owners should ensure they have third party liability insurance cover. Helpers – competitors
able to provide help on the day in some capacity will receive some priority in the event of a ballot.
