With preparations underway for the launch of the new BE website at the end of the month, this weekend marks the start of the first migration process, where data will begin to move from the old system to the new.
To avoid long periods of downtime for members all migration has been re-planned to take place across three weekends. This weekend the first migration will aim to be started at 5pm on Friday 4 January 2019 and continue until the evening of Sunday 6 January 2019.
During this first period of migration the old website will be fully functional, however there may be some disruption to British Eventing’s email service due to the internal CRM system being unavailable. This may mean that any members or users purchasing membership, booking training, purchasing from the shop or entering the winter series, may not receive an email confirmation from BE. Once the migration process has been completed the CRM system will be available again and any email communications from BE will be delivered.
