The Mark Todd Bridging the Gap (MTBTG) training series, in association with The Mark Todd Collection and Keyflow Feeds, has been designed specifically for those aiming at Advanced or 3* level, and those working towards a more established 4* level. The series ultimately aims to ‘Bridge the Gap’ between under 21s/Young Riders and World Class, providing high level coaching support.
The series also runs in conjunction with a fantastic Scholarship scheme - FIND OUT MORE.

Gill Watson MBE FBHS

Gill is the world's most successful trainer of young event riders. Under her leadership the British Juniors and Young Riders have accumulated more than 90 European Championship team and individual medals, including 38 golds. In addition to her skills as a trainer, Gill is a former Burghley winner, is a British Dressage List 3A dressage judge, is on the FEI judges list, is a Fellow of the British Horse Society and has received an MBE in recognition of services to the sport. Gill has also received a number of awards for her services, including the BE Trainers and Millennium Awards as well as the Sports Coach UK Mussabini Medal from The National Coaching Foundation, which recognises UK coaches who have achieved outstanding success at world class level.

Lizzel Winter is a Fellow of the British Horse Society and plays a pivotal role in rider and coach development within the sport of eventing. Lizzel is also a BHS Assessor at all levels, a Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner and a qualified coach educator. Lizzel has also competed at the highest level of eventing, Grand Prix dressage and has show jumped internationally. Lizzel was eventing GB Junior Team Coach from 2005 to 2010 alongside Gill Watson, and is currently the Portuguese eventing Under 21 and Under 18 team coach and the Senior eventing team coach for Finland. Lizzel is a listed national dressage judge and the director of Hartpury Elite Equine Academy, as well as overseeing with her husband Eric a busy competition, livery and training yard in Monmouthshire.
